A two day introduction for those interested in understanding hypnosis and leaning how to apply hypnosis to yourself. 

This course is a great way to find out what all the fuss is about!! Great for stress relief, Great for anxiety. Great for overcoming phobias.  Not an academic course, it is not hard work and it is not one all about lectures.  Come along, learn to relax, learn to uncover your mind and learn to use hypnosis for yourself.

Taught by highly experienced practitioners, these two days explore the history of hypnosis, looks at hypnotic methods, gain an understanding of who can and can not be hypnotized, testing for ability to hypnotise people, before moving on to means of self hypnosis.  If time permits the course will also provide an opportunity to explore the inner mind, in a safe and secure environment.

Learning hypnosis is not just interesting, it is a great way of learning to relax, to step away form life and its stresses, to take control of ones mind and feelings as well as help to master the emotions. A valuable first step to personal enlightenment.

This highly participative course is ideal for anyone who has been out of studying for some time and is not laden with theoretical material.  Much of the course uses demonstrations and practice. 

You will gain the opportunity to learn hypnotic induction, hypnotic techniques, and post-hypnotic suggestions and much more. 

On completion you will have a have a general understanding of the principles of hypnosis and how to use this tool on yourself to great benefit.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The course needs no prior knowledge and as such, is open to all.  Students of all ages and mixed abilities are welcome.  

You will, however, need to show some evidence of the willingness to work with other students and participate with appropriate interest and enthusiasm during the course weekends.

COURSE ENTITLEMENTS

On successful completion of course you will receive a certificate of attendance.

INVESTMENT

The course is conducted at weekends; Saturday and Sunday (10am - 5pm).

The course fees are due before you start the course. Our fee for 2010 are £100.
